The Porter Home Project is a project drawn and created in Revit, the rendering for this project has been done in Lumion. The Project is drawn at a ¼ = 1’-0” scale.

Cover Page:

The first part of the project is the Cover page, this show cases a 3d view of the home from the outside as well as a camera 3d view from within of the house. The cover page also has the index for all the sheets used in this project.

Construction Plan Sheet:

This is the second image of the five sheets for the Porter House Project. The construction plan sheet shows each of the rooms for the first floor of this project—The Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, Garage, Mud room, and Downstairs half bath. The Construction Plan is drawn at a ¼ = 1-0 Scale.

Furniture Plan:

The furniture plan is drawn on Revit at a ¼ = 1’-0” scale. The furniture plan is drawn on the first floor of the Porter house project. This plan shows the Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, Downstairs half bath, Mudroom, Pantry, and Garage with furniture inside each room. The plan has a room legend which color codes and labels each of the rooms.

East Architecture Building Elevation and Building section 2:

This sheet shows the east architecture side of the building for the Porter Family home. This sheet also has the section 2 of the building which splits the home into two showing the elevated view of the home. These images are scaled to 1’ = 10 '‘-0”

Exploded Axonometric View:

This sheet shows an exploded Axonometric View of the Porter house Project. This view is a 3d model with the room, ceiling, and wall exploded to be able to see into the interior of the home.

Lumion Video of Porter House project:

This is a video of the rendered walkthrough of the Porter house using Lumion. The walkthrough shows the outside and interior of the home.

Dining Room and Kitchen Rendering:

This is a rendering for the Porter house project; it is rendered on Lumion. The rendering shows the dining room and kitchen with a view of the upstairs balcony. The rendering is done with a morning lighting.

Living Room Rendering:

This is a rendering for the Porter house project; it is rendered on Lumion. The rendering shows the Living room and parts of the hallways and kitchen. The rendering is done with a morning lighting.

Bedroom 1 rendering:
